02Who we are

OptimEvolve is a digital transformation consultancy and certified Odoo partner, with offices in Edison, New Jersey (USA) and Ahmedabad (India). We help businesses across the USA, Canada, the UAE, Singapore and Europe with Odoo consulting, configuration, implementation, integrations, AI-powered automation and Shopify commerce.

03Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;

04Services and engagements

Information on the Website about our services, timelines, pricing approaches and outcomes is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute an offer. Any consulting, implementation, support or development work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or master services agreement signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

Booking a free consultation does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

05Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, layouts, logos, icons, images and code, is owned by or licensed to OptimEvolve and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Odoo, Shopify, OpenAI, Anthropic and other third-party names and logos shown on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe our partnerships, certifications and the platforms we work with. Their use does not imply endorsement beyond the stated partnership.

06Information you send us

When you contact us or submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential business information through general Website forms; we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place before discussing sensitive details of your project. 07AI-assisted work

We use AI tools, including models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, to accelerate activities like requirements analysis, documentation and automation. Any AI-assisted output delivered under an engagement is reviewed by our consultants. Client data is only processed with AI tools as agreed in the applicable engagement terms.

08Third-party platforms and links

The Website may link to third-party websites and services, including Odoo, Shopify and LinkedIn. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party platforms, including Odoo and Shopify subscriptions, is subject to those providers' own terms.
